As the water warms the stripers are migrating north. These anglers traveled from Montreal to catch New England’s finest game fish. The day started out very slow with only a couple of sea bass. As the day progressed, so did their charter fishing. Jean Francois Jean, Guy Jasmin and Patricia Jasmin battled over a dozen monster striped bass with this beauty weighting over 30 pounds. They fish for yellow perch and walleye on the St. Lawrence Sea Way. So fishing around Martha’s Vineyard was a big treat for them. They did a fantastic job catching these trophy striped bass on light tackle with most fights over 15 minutes. The day was so calm with the sun out. What an amazing day on Cape Cod today. This family traveled from Virginia to try their angling skills on striped bass. Their son caught sea bass and over six keeper bass today. Grandpa (chubs) caught the whopper today pulling out over 30 yards of drag. The fight lasted 20 minutes, putting him to the test. Cape Cod has some of the best charter fishing in the world. Every one caught huge purple head sea bass and stripers from 28 to 37 inches with one fish over 45 inches. I really enjoy bringing great families out every year making their dreams come true. The weather was gorgeous! Traveling down to Falmouth for a great day of charter fishing. Daria Aho caught this beautiful sea bass while fishing with her family and her soon to be husband! The woman have the touch this year for catching the biggest fish. The bigger striped bass are starting to show up but before then we are taking advantage of world class sea bass fishing.
