The steep “v” hull and flair in the nose defends my guests from the meanest waves that the Atlantic can produce. Plus a five-hundred-horse power plant gets us to the fish quickly. Hairball’s second boat, new this season, is a 37′ down east sportfishing machine. This heavy, broad-shouldered offshore monster that can take us a hundred miles into the gulf stream and at the same time make guests feel very secure on a super-stable platform equipped with all the best cutting edge deep-sea safety equipment. We are really eager to put cod and haddock trips together, as well as head to the canyons for tuna marlin, and dolphin, when the summer gulf stream currents cooperate.
